The area was never settled by aboriginals, but was founded upon an explorer leaving what is now Amandil and travelling by boat. The shores were settled and eventually became the center of what would become the capital city of a new kingdom that had been granted permissions to form. Development quickly sprouted and a city centered around the capitol building.
